1) Items eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded if opened, used, or if the seal/packaging has been damaged.
2) Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

clear photos/videos of the item and packaging,

a short description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer (as applicable):

a replacement, or

a refund, or

a store credit.
3) Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not shipped yet: cancellation may be possible and a refund issued (where applicable).

If the order has already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible.
4) Approved returns (exceptional cases)
If a return is authorized (e.g., confirmed fulfillment error), the item must be:

unopened, unused,

in its original packaging,

returned within 7 days after return approval.
Return shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.
5) Refunds (timelines)
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6) Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective/damaged or incorrect (after approval).
